-Standard license plate fees and taxes (annually) as assessed by your county DMV
-One time donation of $25.00 to American Military Family, Inc. (AMF)

Purchase a license plate:
Upon receiving your $25.00 donation (per set of plates), American Military Family will mail you a Authorization Certificate that you will take to your county Department of Motor Vehicles. Once you have paid your standard license plate fees and taxes, and redeemed your AMF certificate, the Department of Motor Vehicles will issue your specialty plates to you.

The Department of Motor Vehicles requires that the name entered for this purchase must match the EXACT NAME on the title and registration of the vehicle. Please have vehicle registration available as you make your purchase. Invalid certificates are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable.
